If you haven't heard, the City of Germantown is rebuilding the park
behind Dogwood Elementary! The new park will be called The Delta at
Dogwood Park. Since the park is right behind our school and the school
uses the park, the City has asked Dogwood to be a partner on this project.
This will be a community build project, which means We Need Your Help!!
Mark your calendars for the build date, OCTOBER 1, 2011.
We will need a lot of helpers!! The city will also be looking for in-kind
donations for landscaping the park. If you or anyone you know would be
interested in helping with landscaping items, please contact Pam Beasley
at pbeasley@germantown-tn-gov.
The path through the park that leads to the back doors of the school may
also be closed for a period of time once construction begins, which may
be within a week. Please look for announcements of this via constant
contact and plan an alternative route to school.
